Our Corporate Marketing team is building the Aviva brand for businesses of all sizes, from large multi-national corporates to local SMEs to tech start-ups. You'll be working as a manager in the corporate brand and strategy team. This team leads our marketing strategy and plans for our large corporate business customers, identifying key priorities to develop new business and keep our current customers. The team shapes our brand positioning and creative direction for our corporate business audiences, defining our marketing strategy to cross-sell to our existing customers with our multi-product offering. The team will focus on: - Brand positioning - creation of the business brand creative and positioning 'Why Aviva for business' for large corporates - Strategy and planning - creation, monitoring and re-planning of the overarching UK workplace segment led marketing strategy and plans - Composite opportunities - identification and definition of all large corporate composite opportunities - Creation and delivery of composite campaigns and ongoing corporate engagement - Permissions - creation of the permissions strategy across all corporate audiences (large corporate and corporate intermediaries) Duties and responsibilities If you get this job, you'll be: - Developing the Aviva UK business brand positioning and creative, by bringing it to life for the large corporates and their employees - Defining and delivering all large corporate multi-product opportunities to align to our business objectives - Developing and delivering campaigns and ongoing customer engagement strategies - Working with the planning and performance team to create multi-channel marketing strategies and take-to-market plans for large corporates and their intermediaries - Working closely with the marketing teams to develop and deliver a customer-segmented UK corporate marketing strategy and plan, which demonstrates our investment against key business priorities - Focusing on complex projects across all marketing channels and providing support for other team members Skills and experience - Strong knowledge and experience of multi-channel marketing - Experience of end-to-end marketing delivery with proven personal ownership of campaigns - Strong experience of identifying and leading innovative marketing activity - Proven track record for communications delivery, on time and to budget - Excellent planning and proactive stakeholder management - Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and focus on trading performance - Challenges respectfully and comfortably - Strong planning and proactive stakeholder management - Deep understanding of workplace market (particularly large corporates) Broad understanding of life, general insurance and health insurance markets and a deep understanding of the products and their relevance for SME and large corporate customers - Understanding of marketing planning processes - Excellent understanding of Aviva processes - Practical and theoretical understanding of marketing performance levers and framework including experience in analysing marketing performance across the following categories: - Direct response - B2B - Brand / ATL - Operational (NPS etc) - Inquisitive and creative with a passion for the customer - Creates energy and direction towards key priorities - Challenges respectfully and comfortably - Commercial, analytical and numerate - Good negotiating and influencing Qualifications Desired - Business degree or equivalent - Relevant marketing qualification (eg CIM, IDM) or studying towards What I will get from this role - Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience - Annual performance related pay review and bonus - Defined contribution pension scheme - Generous holiday allowance - Excellent flexi-benefits package Additional Information Bring to Aviva what makes you different and we'll support you to do the best work of your life.
