Senior IT Support - 2nd line Key skills - - 3+ years' experience in 2nd line IT service support environment. - MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) qualified or equivalent. - Exposure / certified to ITIL V2 or V3 is essential. Our client, a multi-national Technical engineering company, require a Senior IT Support Analyst (2nd line) with strong technical skills and who has the capability to assist the team lead in mentoring/supervising junior team members. The Senior IT Support Analyst will provide technical service and support activities for internal and external customers. The role includes ownership of tasks, the resolution of 2nd line support queries, knowledge management, mentoring and developing the team's technical and personal skills. Experience: - At least three years' experience providing 2nd line service desk operations in a multi-site environment; and in compliance with SLA's and performance targets. - EUC management, application packaging and deployment. - Professional certifications e.g. Microsoft MCSA, CISCO CCAA, Citrix CCENT etc This is a tremendous opportunity offering plenty of scope for career progression in a stimulating environment where what you do can have a positive impact!
