Customer Insights Analyst Bristol (central) £35 - 40k + benefits Key Skills: SAS (essential), SQL The Company One of the largest and oldest financial services companies in the world offering a range of products across multiple channels. The Role Bodhi Resourcing have been helping to build a top-class analytics function from the 'Head of' right down to Junior Analysts. The department covers Customer Insight/Data Modelling, MI/BI, Data Services/Support and Data Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Insight team and work with vast amounts of customer data. You will need to have experience of segmenting a customer database, analysing/modelling data and drawing relevant insights that drive marketing and answer key business questions. You will need to have experience understanding customer data and driving recommendations that deliver commercial gain to a business. You will get the opportunity to do this across a broad range of channels and products. Build models that delve into customer behaviour and gain insights into buying preferences, propensity to purchase and contact strategies. This is a business that puts a lot of time and investment into the analytics function. You will be encouraged to contribute to data strategy, development of methodologies and for your input on software/tools to use that will ultimately keep the business at the forefront of customer analysis. Key skills and objectives - Relevant qualifications, ideally numeric degree or relevant experience - Strong analytical & modelling skills and understanding of customer data and databases - Experience of SAS - SPSS, R, SQL tools and other management information tools a major plus - Good analytical skills with a detailed understanding of customer data - Knowledge of statistical techniques including segmentation, cluster analysis, regression modelling
