SF Group are currently recruiting a 9 - 12 month assignment for a Financial Shared Service Manager. Based in Birmingham City Centre this role will have responsibility for overseeing a range of transactional finance departments in a shared service centre environment. You will manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions and provide a seamless financial service to a range of financial and operation departments across the Group.

The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACMA/ACA qualified and have proven experience of providing comprehensive, relevant and useful management information to the senior finance management team and other key stakeholders. You will review processes to ensure regular processes of training and updates are in place and to achieve full audit assurance. You will have hands on experience of managing large teams to ensure performance targets are met in order to guarantee accuracy around cash management, working capital management and treasury strategies are as effective as possible.

This is a business critical role in a crucial period of company wide change, including a wholesale ERP implementation and structural review. Our client is based in an easily commutable location and can over flexible working hours, engagement via a Fixed Term Contract or Day rate and the chance to place a leading role in business process improvements.
