Apprenticeship Trainer (WBLC) -Management - West Suffolk College - 37 hours - £20,664 - £25,038 per annum. An exceptional role has arisen within the Work Based Learning department of West Suffolk College. The role includes agreeing the training, pastoral and assessment elements of a Work-based Learner's Individual Learning Plan (ILP). Delivering teaching, learning and assessment across many areas of Management training. Delivering high quality learning and assessment. Taking all necessary steps in order to ensure that the programme area's achievement profile is met. Required skills and qualifications * Ideally a Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment, A1 or equivalent * Ideally a Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector or a relevant post 16 Teaching Qualification * Level 2 qualification in English and Maths * Level 2 qualification in ICT would be an advantage * Recent extensive vocational industry experience relevant to Leadership and Management at a middle to senior management level * Previous experience of delivering training and/or Apprenticeships and/or Work Based Learning programmes would be advantageous. * Experience of HR would also be advantageous You should be IT literate, possess great problem solving and interpersonal skills and have the flexibility to travel across all areas within the East of England.
