COMMERCIAL GAS ENGINEER An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a independent M&E Building Services organisation in the Central London area as a Commercial Gas Engineer, the company have been trading for over 50 years and have a superb industry reputation, this opportunity has arisen due to long term contract wins in the South London and Surrey areas. About The Company: Providing first class Planned and Reactive Maintenance services across the Central London areas, the company specialise in the following areas; - Heating, hot water & boiler plant - BMS & HVAC Controls - Electrical services - power, light, control and testing - Plumbing and sanitation - Specialist services to complete the solution Commercial Gas Engineer Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for Planned and Preventative Maintenance on Commercial Gas Plant & HVAC - Reactive Repairs on Boiler Plant & HVAC - Working around the Central & Greater London area on a variety of properties including; Schools, Libraries, Colleges/Universities, Hospitals and Commercial Office Buildings - Carrying out minor installations & upgrades - Fault Finding - Customer/Client facing role so excellent customer service required Commercial Gas Engineer Skills & Qualifications: - ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas: COCN1, CCN1 etc. - Plumbing/Gas Engineering Qualification NVQ or Equiv - Ideally some basic electrical skills - Full UK Drivers License The Commercial Gas Engineer will receive: - £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. - Overtime up to £5k per year - Company Van & Specialist Tools - PDA & Mobile Phone - 20 Days Holiday + 8 bank Holidays - Further training after 1 year service - Accident/Sickness Insurance - Call Out 1 in 4 (£100 Standby) - Saturday Time and Half / Sunday Double Time The company have great staff retention rates and can offer continous professional development in a stable and structured environment.
