The Vetting Apprentice will be responsible for ensuring that the company conducts a full screening process on all employees. Start with a 12-14 month Business Administration Apprenticeship consisting of training in small groups and work-based assessments. You'll gain a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. Duties/ Responsibilities - Manage the screening process in an accurate, timely and confidential manner - The receipt, recording and compliance checking of applications and vetting forms - Carry out the full, to end screening of candidates - that candidates are cleared in a timely fashion - Work pro-actively to drive the screening process to ensure - The receipt, recording and compliance checking of SIA License Applications Forms and criminality checks. - Updating all records on in-house system Qualities / essential requirements: - An ability to prioritize workloads - Excellent attention to detail - Must be PC literate - A customer focused approach Desired Qualifications Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
