What are we looking for? Lendlease are looking to permanently employ a Risk Manager, based from our Regents Place Head Office and will be responsible for providing support the Lendlease European business. The purpose of this position to ensure that the Risk framework is applied to the business and focus on excellence in corporate governance with a goal of allowing Lendlease Europe to operate on a no surprises basis. As Risk Manager, you will contribute to the implementation of risk policies, strategies and programs to align and comply with organisation and legislative objectives and requirements. Support and promote a proactive, risk aware culture, including the fostering of the early identification, evaluation, reporting and management of high risk areas whether they be of a strategic or operational nature. Essential qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience: Personal accountability for outcomes that balance risk and reward in accordance with Lendlease's risk appetite Operating strategy, investment hurdles, policies and procedures, employee conduct guide, limits of authority, and safety goals as they apply to Lendlease and the business units for which there is a responsibility Report all risks in accordance with the Lendlease Risk Evaluation Criteria Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Law, Risk Management and / or a related technical discipline would be preferred Previous experience in risk / commercial management within the context of Construction, Property and / or Development industries What do we offer?
