Business Support Application Analyst - Manchester My client, a leading none profit organisation providing support to a range of social care markets across the UK, are looking for a Business Support Application Analyst to join their Business Support Applications Team in Manchester. We are looking for a personable service and support analyst who is used to dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the first port of call for all user of HR and Finance applications across the business, helping with the usability of the applications and setting up new user accounts. You will also be required to conduct business analysis using the data and database of information stored in the applications, creating reports and information to support forecasting, budgeting etc, for the wider business. We are looking for the following: - Service desk experience. - Strong customer service skills. - Stakeholder management abilities with internal and external parties. - Business analysis experience. - Knowledge of Agile working methodology. - Report writing. - Project management skills. - Will be ITIL v3 certified. - Will ideally (not essential) have experience of applications such as iTrent, Midland HR etc. This is a great opportunity to join a major organisation with an excellent reputation who care about there work throughout the UK.
