1st Line IT Support Key Skills - Good Experience with Windows Servers 2008 onwards - Good Knowledge with TCP/IP - Good Knowledge with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Messaging issues - Around 1-2 years' experience preferred as 1nd line support - MUST have great communication skills - MUST have a full UK driving license and OWN car Reputable Technology client is looking for a reliable 1st line support analyst to join their team in Watford, The 1st line support analyst will have between 1 and 2 years' experience in 1st line support. This job requires travel occasionally therefore you are required to have your own car and a full UK driving license.
