Marketing Executive Salary: 30K Location: London Purpose of Role To support the new business sales team with managing marketing campaigns and creating various types of collateral. The role will focus on managing all campaign activity across multiple channels, working with our agencies to create, manage and activate all marketing campaigns to enable lead generation. The role may also include elements of content writing and presentation design for various collateral used by the new business team including sales pitches, case studies and client facing presentations. The marketing executive will be required to liaise with the new business sales team, design agencies and other departments in the company to collate and share information to create well-designed content to enable strong marketing campaigns for lead generation activity. Key Responsibilites - Develop a strong knowledge of the Customer Experience proposition, work with the Sales Support Manager to understand the target market and strategy - Understand the lead generation strategy to develop campaign ideas using creativity and innovation - Engage with relevant SME's and design agencies to create, manage and deliver marketing campaigns designed to increase lead generation activities - Manage all campaign activity for the division including content, target data and activation channel (PR, Social, Email etc) - Engage with relevant SMEs and manage the creation, crafting and development of accurate and effective presentations, tenders and sales collateral through drafting to final approved client submission proposals - Basic analysis and research of brands to support the development of presentations - Use creative artworking packages to design supporting pitch documents - Develop and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring all work is saved backed up on the shared drive - Brand ambassador/guardian - Work hand in hand with insight/research to develop an understanding of market challenges across sectors where relevant, utilise this within marketing campaigns - Work with Sales Support Manager and insight team to understand how we position our proposition in market, through content marketing, thought leadership etc. support where required - Work with Sales Support Manager to identify new tools, partners or processes to increase lead generation activity through marketing campaigns - Represent Communisis group, its values and strategy; act as an ambassador for the company.
