Salary: 18-20k Job purpose: Working in a team on the helpdesk, the role will be phone and remote support based. Key responsibilities: The role is split into three areas. 1. Taking calls on the helpdesk via or ticketing system/email or phone and working to complete tickets to resolution 2. Scheduling the field engineers for site visits. 3. Hardware repairs In addition to undertaking the duties as outlines above, you may be required to undertake other duties, within reason, that may be required of you. Working hours: The helpdesk is open 7 days a week including bank holidays 8 am till 10 pm, you will be required to work a shift pattern, which will be based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 8am - 8pm or 10 am - 10pm.
