The Analyst (Marketing Cloud) will support new and existing Marketing Cloud user base with questions and issues with templates and platform. They will work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation. The role requires a highly capable technology professional and effective communicator who can bring extensive expertise and experience in developing leading-edge digital experiences. The individual will work in a cross-functional agile team and as part of a group of agile teams. Responsibility includes - Collaborate with marketing, analytics and technology teams. - Validate solution components and provide trainings to user base. - Ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues. - Structure and implement marketing tests to drive optimisation (e.g., test creative, copy, audience segments, triggers, etc.) - Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with global opt-in laws and regulations - Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects. - Regularly audit the system, and execute deprecation processes for major objects, Reports & Dashboards, etc. Essential skills - Understanding of CAN-SPAM, email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements. - Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM, CMS and other systems. - Creative problem solver and out of the box thinker who can effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders. - Familiarity with - Experience managing and triaging user submitted issues via ticketing system(s). - Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
