IT Technician / Service Desk analyst is required to join my client's IT support team based close to Peterborough (close proximity to A1). You will have previous IT service desk / desktop support analyst experience working for a busy desk and have experience across 1st / 2nd line the Microsoft technology stack. Performing duties such as IT delivery to desk, attending deskside support and engaging with internal users). The role will involve the following areas of support. Hours run on a rota between the following; 06:30 - 15:00, 08:00 - 16:30 &10:00 - 18:30. - Microsoft Technology - Active Directory, Exchange and Cloud (Azure ideally) - Networking, WAN / LAN support, mobile and comms - Trouble shooting and first time fix - Call logging & Escalation to 3rd line teams - Perform monthly audits on laptop / desktops - Liaise with 3rd parties when relevant / required - ITIL focused around Service Desk improvements and delivery - Able to work out of hours when required - Car owner and take advantage of secure free car park!
