You'd be working as a manager in the workplace benefits and defined benefits Corporate Marketing Communications team. The team partners with intermediaries and employers to create compelling opportunities to engage employees so that they value their workplace benefits and ensure that they are saving for their future financial wellbeing and consider the benefit of taking out other products. Here's an overview of the team's objectives: - Develop market-leading B2B campaigns and the Aviva member engagement proposition by partnering with employers, distribution, financial education and in-house advice. - Launch a variety of propositions to market to support the business objectives. Duties and responsibilities If you get this job, you'll be: - Creating B2B member engagement campaigns to drive profitable growth through new business opportunities, enable the business to retain existing customers and develop cross-sell opportunities for both employers and employees - working with the planning and performance teams to create fully integrated marketing campaigns to achieve our trading, engagement and brand goals - focusing on complex projects across all marketing channels and providing support for other team members - responsible for distribution led and propositional marketing campaigns and literature management targeted at workplace pensions and defined benefit schemes specialists working with the UK's best creative and media agencies to deliver stand-out creative to our target audiences - creating material to support the tender process for new and existing business - leading on major corporate mandatory projects and change programmes to improve customer experience and keep us compliant Skills and experience - Strong knowledge and experience of multi-channel marketing - Detailed understanding of both the workplace benefits and defined benefits markets and products - Experience of end-to-end marketing delivery with proven personal ownership of campaigns - Strong experience of identifying and leading innovative marketing activity - Proven track record for communications delivery, on time and to budget - Excellent planning and proactive stakeholder management - Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and focus on trading performance - Challenges respectfully and comfortably - Strong planning and proactive stakeholder management - Experience in marketing disciplines: - Digital and social content delivery - Marketing-led direct trading, including display, PPC and email - Customer, business or intermediary engagement activity - Campaign and literature management - An understanding of new marketing technology (ie Adobe Marketing Cloud) and the potential this offers to transform marketing (desirable but not essential) Qualifications Desired - Business degree or equivalent - Relevant marketing qualification (eg CIM, IDM) or studying towards What I will get from this role - Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience - Annual performance related pay review and bonus - Defined contribution pension scheme - Generous holiday allowance - Excellent flexi-benefits package Additional Information Bring to Aviva what makes you different and we'll support you to do the best work of your life.
