Our Corporate Marketing team is building the Aviva brand for businesses of all sizes, from large multi-national corporates to local SMEs to tech start-ups. As a marketing team, our goal is to make Aviva the number one B2B financial services brand in the UK. To do that, we need the most creative thinkers, the strongest strategists and the savviest planners. In short, we need the best marketers in the country to join our team. We're looking for candidates with a strong marketing background to join us. We've got jobs available in our Bristol and York offices. There are two positions available, a permanent and an a FTC. Duties and responsibilities If you get this job, you'll be: - Supporting the definition and delivery of the marketing plans to support Aviva's ambition to be the undisputed first choice for business and their customers - Working with propositions and pricing to shape compelling, customer-focussed messages for acquiring new business and cross-selling to existing customers - Support the development of Aviva's brand position and work across the marketing team to deliver to it - Deliver end to end marketing plans to support key projects designed to be customer focussed and bring the best of Aviva to these customers - Using the latest technology to deliver marketing and campaign plans for specific B2B products - Using your excellent stakeholder management skills to take campaigns to market - Working with the UK's best creative and media agencies to deliver stand-out creative to our target audiences - Controlling a budget, measuring the success of campaigns and reporting back on the return on investment. Skills and experience - Good understanding of B2B marketing channels, tools and techniques - Proven track record for communications delivery, on time and to budget - Strong planning and proactive stakeholder management - Understanding of key marketing metrics and focus on trading performance - Someone who has gained experience in various industries - financial services isn't essential, we're always eager to learn from other sectors - Experience in marketing disciplines: - Digital and social content delivery - Marketing-led direct trading, including display, PPC and email - Customer, business or intermediary engagement activity - Campaign and literature management - Ideally, knowledgeable about the Adobe Marketing Suite What I will get from this role - Salary from £25,000 dependent on experience - Annual performance related pay review and bonus - Defined contribution pension scheme - Generous holiday allowance - Excellent flexi-benefits package Additional Information Bring to Aviva what makes you different and we'll support you to do the best work of your life.
