Application Support Analyst (2nd line) We're looking for self-starters who are motivated to push their talents to the limit and who enjoy collaborating with peers and customers. What will you be doing as anApplication Support Analyst (2nd line): You willtake ownership in providing end to end support for key clients, as well as performing as a key member of the Support Desk (1st and 2nd line) team. The successful candidate must have a background of providing excellent customer service. It will be up to you to ensure queries are being dealt with in the correct manner as well as monitoring service desk work load on a day to day basis. - Managing incident queues and ensuring resolution is delivered within SLA's - Work as an escalation point for customers and staff - Be aware of our customers' needs and challenges. - Make recommendations to management for improvement of the support process Key Skills and Experience - Strong customer service skills - Experience of supporting ERP systems such as Sage 200 - Experience of supporting SAP B1 Desirable Skills - ITIL Qualification - Linux Administration
