The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified Accountant looking for a varied yet challenging role to join our growing company. Working with our closely knit team of finance professionals you will be responsible for the day-to-day control of the mobile phone and company car fleet, including end-user support and assisting with accounting for financial control, month-end and annual budget tasks. Your main duties will include keeping a stock and ordering new mobile phone handsets, monitoring monthly usage, managing car hire and company car requests and being involved with general accounting support, such as preparation and circulation of KPI information and regular bank reconciliations. Main Responsibilities - Analysis of mobile phone invoices - Sourcing phones for new starters - Managing key supplier contracts - Obtaining quotes and orders for new vehicles - Day to day support of drivers, including fuel cards for Pool vehicles - Assistance with monthly management accounts and preparation of weekly KPI reports Who You Are You will be part-qualified as an accountant either CIMA or AAT, have intermediate to advanced skills with Excel and experience of working in a finance/process driven environment. Your customer service skills will be excellent and you should be able to plan and be flexible to deal with a wide variety of daily reactive solutions. You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to work independently but also work as part of a team. You will possess excellent communication skills and be highly organised and thorough ensuring all the business needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. You should also have the ability to work well under pressure in a high volume transactional environment.
