Oliver Marks Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a major client based in the heart of Chelmsford. The client has a well-established IT department and is currently looking to increase headcount on the Service Desk. They are open to look at candidates with either an educational or commercial background in IT. They strive to provide high levels of customer service to users across the country. They operate in an ITIL environment and work to strict SLA agreements. If successful, you will be the first point of contact for users around the business at all levels. To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills/technologies; - Working experience of ITIL processes and procedures. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Exposure to a wide variety of technology, ideally including: - Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10) - Microsoft Office (2003, 2010, 2013) - Telephony Systems (Mitel, Redbox) - Mobile Telephony Systems (Blackberry Enterprise Server, Blackberry handsets, and Windows Phone) Active Directory This is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hour week) Monday to Friday. There is the opportunity to receive training with various technologies including Powershell. Interviews slots are limited and will be held week commencing 25th September.
