Product Support Analyst Condeco's world-class suite of workspace management solutions are essential tools in the strategies employed by senior business leaders at major multinational brands such as Barclays, Vodafone, Rolls-Royce and many more as they seek to optimise their real estate and transform the way they operate their business. Due to substantial growth, we are now looking to hire an experience Product Support Analyst to: - ·Provide Product support to customers both face to face and via the phone - ·Take ownership of client escalations and seeing them through to resolution - ·Attending client site for software investigation - ·Supportclient Services team with service management and performing service reviews In order to be successful with your application it is important you can demonstrate all of the following essential skills. Essential skills: - ·Stakeholder Management to VP level - ·Must have worked in a client facing support function for more than 2 years - ·Own issues and resolution plans - ·Basic Networking - IP, Proxy, Firewalls etc. - ·Basis Microsoft SQL Scripting - ·ExtensiveTroubleshooting - ·Exceptional customer relationship skills - ·Do frequent business reviews - ·Create stats on client performance - ·Perform route cause analysis Nice to Have - ·Exposure to Service Now - ·Understanding of Microsoft technologies - ·HTML - ·Azure You'll enjoy working as part of our award winning and industry leading agile Support team. You must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills and be a good team player.
