Our aim is to place you at a school that would benefit your future career plans which would include arranging and coordinating your trial day. In this role as a learning support assistant you should be able to work with a range of pupils from varied backgrounds and abilities. It is essential you have a 2.1 or above in a core subject degree including either Maths, Science, English or Humanities. It would be ideal if you had previous experience of working within a school or educational setting, or be a strong graduate who is incredibly keen to pursue a career within education and become a teacher.
