App Support, Application Support, Application Support Lead, Lead Application Support, Windows Server, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, IIS, Biztalk, Dynamics, FTP Harris Global are currently recruiting for an Application Support Lead to work in central London for a leading Financial Services organisation in central London The successful Application Support Lead will be responsible for a number 2nd line support engineers and service improvement to the organisation's applications. This is a critical role that will also require an advanced troubleshooting skill set and an understanding of applications end to end as well as engaging in Team Lead activities on a daily basis. The successful Application Support Lead will have the following duties and responsibilities: - Provide 2nd line support for the organisation's application suite - Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implement fixes as required - Trend recurring incidents and provide suitable long term solutions - Technical liaison with vendors as required - Looking after the Incident management function - Provide technical expertise of the applications suite to junior members of the team The successful Application Support Lead will have the experience and qualifications: - Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2003 and above) - Financial Services Experience - Managing web applications (IIS/Application Server Roles) - Database connection methods (SQL) - SSRS (Advantageous) - PowerShell (Advantageous) - Dynamics (Advantageous) - SWIFT If you are interested in this exciting opportunity please email your CV for full review.
