Employer Description This is a young, energetic company, which resides in a bustling area of London. Job Description Currently looking to recruit an ambitious individual for a Resource Administrator Apprentice position. Working within a young team, you'll be surrounded in an admirable office with chatty and friendly co-workers. Duties/ Responsibilities - Updating and inputting data on in-house database - Answering the phone, screening all calls - Using and managing spreadsheets - Administering compliance paperwork - Developing positive relationships with the team - Administering new contract information from site - Scanning, filing, and organising data - Dealing with new entrants and completing induction information - Making site visits and meeting and developing relationships with site manager - Assisting new workers to ensure they are prepared for their new role - Dealing with issues from site including but not limited to timesheet and payment issues Qualities / essential requirements: - The candidate must be good with numbers as this role involves inputting information and managing spreadsheets - A personable and likable nature is essential to not only fit in with the team, but also to deal with stakeholders and clients alike - Efficiently balance own workload, good at juggling tasks and prioritising - Methodical and organised - Good team player - Computer literacy and good typing skills - A good level of English spelling and grammar - Accurate with good attention to detail - Focused - Show initiative - Good timekeeper, committed to work - Experience in the construction industry is preferred - Have a hearty personality and the ability to communicate at all levels Desired Qualifications The candidate will have strong Maths and English GCSE's (A*-C) Other information Hours of work - 8:30am - 5:30pm, with an hour for lunch Salary - will be dependent on age Benefits - Welcoming and sociable environment in the heart of London - Possible progression opportunities to advanced roles Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
