Description

As a Payroll Officer based from the Farnham, Surrey office you will be responsible for:

To work as part of team to ensure all payrolls are run by requisite deadlines

  • Collate information and process payrolls, using 'Star' software
  • Issue pay by BACS transfers, and Autopay
  • Set up new starters and process leavers
  • Submit information to HMRC in accordance with deadlines
  • Upload auto enrolment information to pension providers
  • Create and upload payroll journals
  • Resolve queries and questions
  • Liaise with HMRC, submit payments and resolve PAYE and NI queries
  • Prepare new client quotations for payroll and pension

Profile

  • Payroll experience is required
  • Highly Organised
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Able to deal with questions/queries
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Experience using the Star Payroll system is desirable but not essential

Job Offer
