Position Reports to: Product Development Manager

Job Purpose:

·Support the Product Development Manager (PDM) in working with Group Sourcing to develop all samples to production stage in line with brand quality standards and agreed costs, communicating instructions and feedback in clear and understandable language

·Assist the PDM in managing the critical path of the new developments across all categories

·Ensure product data is correctly uploaded and maintained along its lifecycle

·Manage the PD sample loan, archives and product photography

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage product loans to photography agency, ensuring all samples are photographed after sign off for high res images to be used globally

·Input product information into database for the creation of all new products, maintain any changes

·Participate in the review of technical specs with the team, collate and share feedback as needed

·Assist the PDM in managingthe development of new bespoke corporate briefs, wholesale requests, and outlet ranges

·Assist the PDM in consolidating all product details on sign off (Final Sign-off sheets including cost, RRP, Margin per sku, with timelines for PO's placement and production ex-factory)

·Manage samples storage and intercompany samples’ loans; responsible for office stock

Qualifications and Experience

·Previous product coordination / development experience advantageous

·University degree educated, preferably in marketing/management/design

·Specific knowledge of jewellery manufacturing techniques advantageous

·Computer literate, with knowledge of: Word/ Outlook/ Excel / Powerpoint
