Junior Ad Operations Executive Stepstone are currently recruiting for a Junior Ad Operations Executive to join our London-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in Advertising and Programmatic. You will need to have an understanding of the Ad Ops world and if you have exposure to it, that's even better. We will provide training and support to ensure your skills are in top form. Working within the growing UK Traffic team you will be building and optimising your display activity alongside programmatic and industry experts. The right candidate will work across a multitude of Job Board brands and will be running campaigns for a variety of 3rd party clients. Some of the things we'd like you to take responsibility for; *Ensure the delivery of multiple digital campaigns with complex targeting and rich media creative across mobile, tablet and desktop. *Create and manage audience segments within DMP to monetise 1st party data. *Optimise campaigns to ensure full delivery. *Maximise yield across direct and programmatic channels, while maintaining direct SLAs. *Deliver campaign reports and updates. *Supply inventory figures to Sales Team upon request. *Investigate and resolve any delivery issues. *Liaising and engaging with other departments (including Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Creative Services). *Assisting with other daily ad hoc duties should it be required. Your ideal skills & experience; *Analytical abilities and quantitative skills. *Strong technical aptitude for new and emerging technologies. *Strong problem-solving skills - ability to dynamically think of solutions to technical issues and troubleshoot. *Good understanding of digital advertising. *Ad server knowledge / experience preferred although not essential. *A keen interest to work in the online advertising industry. *Comfortable using MS Office programmes, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. *Strong analysis skills and a good level of numeracy. *A friendly and concise communicator. *Ability to multitask and work prioritise work effectively. *Strong attention to detail and able to spot the missing data quickly. *Prior experience of working with Salesforce a bonus. *Always eager to develop new skills and consume knowledge. *Basic HTML JavaScript knowledge.
