Are you a Solution Architect with knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics product range? Would you like to join an organisation as they embark on three year enterprise wide IT transformation to implement Dynamics 365? Can you demonstrate previous experience managing third party suppliers such as systems integrators and offshore developers? Do you have previous experience working with senior stakeholders to identify and implement new Target Operating Models replacing existing processes. As the successful applicant you will play a vital role in delivering a business critical transformation programme replacing a number of legacy systems across the business with new enterprise wide solution. Your key responsibilities will be to Own and define the architecture for all finance, HR and other back office processes. Provide specialist Microsoft Dynamics knowledge to inform key business and technical decisions relating to the transformation programme. Support the Systems Integrator (SI) and the Business to 'blueprint' detailed requirements and to develop business processes across all back office elements of the Programme. Support the SI to lead system design workshops with Business Analysts and key business stakeholders to align technical and functional design with business processes. Form part of the Technical Design Authority (TDA) group, providing governance and oversight to any proposed technical solutions. Provide advice, guidance and, where necessary, documentation for the Applications Support Team to ensure all solutions can be properly supported and maintained post implementation. To be considered you will be able to demonstrate proven experience of designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics (ideally 365 for Finance & Operations) or Dynamics AX. Knowledge of the wider Microsoft toolsets including relevant data integration and reporting tools. Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions, the ability to lead design workshops and present solutions to audiences of all levels. You will have broad project management skills, experience working with and managing third party suppliers and a confident pro-active approach when dealing with problems.
