Bright Horizons Day Nurseries, awarded “Great Place to Work” for 12 consecutive years are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager to join our Flag ship nursery Clapham Village Nursery and Preschool.

Clapham Village offers a fantastic service to the families it provides for including a parent hub and relaxation area with free Wi-Fi where parents can take advantage of working on the site. Facilities for the children include state of the art ICT areas throughout including smart tables and iPads. The nursery has brand new studios for growing scientists and artists. The nursery currently has over 130 children with 80 staff.

The nursery is a purpose build brand new setting, only a short walk from Clapham Common tube station and good amenities.

For this role we are looking for an experienced manager of a large setting with experience working in south London. Ideally will also have experience of being a regional or area manager within childcare.

Your role as Nursery Manager will include:

·Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

·Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

·Managing the smooth running of the nursery

·Leading the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery

·Office based duties including finances, budget control, parent enquiries, marketing and recruitment
