Any previous experience of mentoring/working with children would be advantageous. You must be able to start in ASAP. About the role This role will involve you joining a supportive and multicultural Primary School as a teaching assistant. Your specific responsibilities will involve assisting with the schools literacy strategy and ensuring all pupils are making and exceeding expected progress. You may be required to work 1:1 to deliver booster and intervention strategies with pupils and liaise with their class teacher/parents.
