Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently recruiting for a Claims Adviser to join a successful Insurance organisation based in York. This role is being offered on a permanent basis.


Your new role
Within this role you will be working within either the Property or Commercial team. You will be providing excellent customer service to claimants and policy holders. You will handle all types of claims. Duties will also include handling written and telephone enquiries from policy holders and liaising with the agency network.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be customer focused with previous experience of providing good customer care. You will be required to solve problems and work within a team environment. You will have proven written and verbal communication skills. You will demonstrate sound judgement with the ability to analyse, evaluate and make logical decisions.
