Job Description Currently seeking a digital marketing apprentice to help with our social media strategy and drive our presence to the next level. Main duties/ Responsibilities: Job role consist of: - Print, production & dispatch - Liaise with customers and suppliers - Organise daily product dispatch, ensure that all customers receive deliveries on time and in full - Keeping up to date with customer activity - Assist with social media - Regular stock check - Website updating & product management - Office organisation - Purchasing stock - Maintaining an efficient work space - Print & product quality control - Maintaining and cleaning equipment - Invoicing and account keeping - Building & strengthening customer relations - General day to day running of the office Qualities / essential requirements - Good attention to detail - Motivated - A passion for learning - Team work - Excellent communication skills - Problem solving skills - Passion for technology Desired Qualifications 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm / 37.5 Hours a week Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
