Do you have experience of managing CRM implementation projects, preferably in the voluntary sector?

We are recruiting a project manager to support the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM system. This is an incredibly important project for the charity and will allow us to bring together a range of intelligence about our members, programmes, partners and funders in a hugely powerful way, covering both relationship management and reporting on our reach and impact.

This role will be based in our information and resources team and will provide support to all teams across the charity, working with our chosen development partner. This will include working with teams to define business processes and needs, migrate data and ensure the system meets our specification. The end product should support the delivery of our organisational strategy and ensure we are promoting best practice in the handling and use of data.

You will need to have excellent communication and project management skills, and experience in creating data migration strategies and supporting the use and development of Salesforce systems.

One person in six in the UK has poor literacy skills that impact on every area of their life. A child without good reading, writing and communication skills can’t succeed at school, and as an adult they could be locked out of the job market. Poverty doubles the likelihood of literacy failure by the age of five.

We are a national charity dedicated to raising literacy levels in the UK. Our research and analysis make us the leading authority on literacy. We run projects in the poorest communities, campaign to make literacy a priority for politicians and parents, and support schools. Our mission is to give young people the literacy skills they need to get a job and lead a successful life.

As well as a competitive salary, we offer benefits including a generous annual leave allowance of 28 days (plus bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and new year), and pensions contributions of 8% of annual salary.

This role is based in London SW8 and available for an immediate start. Hours are flexible, between three and four days per week (21 to 28 hours).

Closing date: 10am on Monday 9 October 2017

Please note we do not accept CVs. No agencies or recruitment sites.
