Working in a highly skilled team for this specialist and very successful IT Services company, you will be supporting the network and Firewall technologies for a wide range of corporate clients. You will have 18 months+ commercial IT support experience supported by CCNA certification, regular use/admin of Firewalls (pref Cisco PIX/ASA, Juniper or Checkpoint) and security related technologies (eg Bluecoat, F5, Websense etc) and you will be looking to develop these skills further. You should be keen to learn new products, and extensive training and professional certification - often vendor led - will be available. This is a 2nd line support role, where the ability to follow a documented support process is essential. You should have some demonstrable customer support experience and an IT background and/or degree for this role. Excellent spoken English is critical for this role as much of this work will be conducted remote from client sites by telephone, and candidates must be eligible for a UK Security Clearance check. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dedicated Network Security and Firewall support role with a wide rage of technologies. References will be required as a part of the interview process.
