LEGAL SECRETARY - CONVEYANCING
LEGAL SECRETARY – Conveyancing - IMMIEDIATE START
Working as part of a busy team supporting fee earners within the conveyancing department you will be responsible for audio typing letters, documents, contracts and forms using SOS case management system and Microsoft Office. You will update client information and will therefore need a polite and professional telephone manner in addition to your secretarial skills.
In order to demonstrate your suitability for this role you will have solid experience working as a Legal Secretary within a Conveyancing Department, be highly proficient with Audio Typing and with your IT skills including Microsoft Word and SOS Legal Case Management System. You should enjoy working within a fast paced demanding fun team environment and love to type!
This role is offered as an ON-GOING TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT based within a well-established firm of Solicitors start IMMEDIATELY.
Hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm £10.25 per hour
