What are we looking for? Lendlease are looking to permanently employ a Compliance Manager, based from our Regents Place Head Office and will be responsible for providing support the Lendlease European business. The purpose of this position is to actively monitor compliance with the obligations arising under the policies and procedures. Essential qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience: * Oversee the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, programs (e.g. compliance plans) in the Investment Management business * You will be responsible Ensure compliance and corporate governance procedures and advice contribute to the sustainable growth of the Investment Management business in Australia, including the growth in funds under management and separate mandate clients * Deliver proactive, strategic and quality compliance and corporate governance advice * Tertiary qualified in Accounting, Audit, Finance or Commerce or a similar discipline * Minimum 8 years experience in a compliance and/or corporate governance role preferably in the funds or investment management industry with an in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation including Data Protection Act What do we offer?
