Robert Half Office Team are currently looking to recruit for a Helpdesk Administrator for our Client based in Patchway, North Bristol. Our Client is a leader in their industry whose focus is to provide excellent service to their customers and clients at all times. This role is immediately available on a temporary to permanent basis. Main Duties As a Helpdesk Administrator your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; - Supporting the operations team by processing client transactions - Providing customer service using telephone and e-mail - Logging of all transactions on the relevant IT systems - Ensure service levels and commercial arrangements are maintained for a range of clients - Investigating and resolving complaints - Managing fluctuating workloads via Microsoft Outlook - Accurately logging and recording information onto in house systems - Other ad-hoc administration requested by management Person Specification - Can develop and maintain client and supplier relationships - Will be a key player within our Operations Support team - Has a flexible and keen approach to work - Can communicate with people across all levels of the organisation - Is committed to improving knowledge and skills - Has excellent customer service and complaint handling skills - Is able to work under pressure - Can prioritise and multi-task If you are immediately available and looking to join a growing and diversifying company please send an up to date CV or call Rachel Shaw at Robert Half Office Team on ************* Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
