A new job opportunity for a mid-level experienced Front End Developer to join a highly successful and growing development house in their central Bath office on a permanent basis. The organisation is growing its markets and is adding to their UK development team to support the demand from clients and to introduce new products. The position offers excellent scope for progression and to become a key part of their talented team.

Your new role
As a Front End Developer you'll be working as part of a small but growing team of Front End, Node and Java Developers on the company's core platforms. As well as looking to continuously improve and ad to the existing applications the business is keen to explore additional products to bring to market. You will liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders and undertake development of multiple products through the full software lifecycle. You'll be a natural problem solver, and be encouraged to share ideas, think innovatively, working with your colleagues in a collaborative environment designing cutting edge features in existing and new applications. You'll also be focused on delivery of a user and customer focused approach to give the best experience and products in a hugely competitive market.

What you'll need to succeed
You be a highly skilled and passionate Front End Developer and will have hands on commercial experience using JavaScript and Angular, or other MVVM frameworks, working on multiple web applications, in an Agile environment. You will have excellent understanding and practical experience of development best practice and key software engineering principles. You are technically very capable, really focused on quality coding and always striving to work to your best ability and taking great pride in your work. Your communications and interpersonal skills are excellent, being comfortable communicating at all levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are interested in learning new skills and in new technology, keeping yourself up to date with advances, new languages and concepts
