Regional HR Manager (12 Month Contract) - Blue Chip Retailer - Job Summary Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting new challenge with of the most successful businesses in the UK? If so, this is an ideal and unique challenge available for a top performing HR professional Regional HR Manager (12 Month Contract) - Blue Chip Retailer - Role Responsibility - Drive performance through the people agenda, engaging with operational teams and implementing HR strategy - Oversee all resourcing and talent requirements - To ensure the training strategy is fit for purpose and develops people through all levels of the organisation - Contribute to the overall business strategy as part of the Senior Management Team - Identify talent and manage development ensuring people are challenged and achieve their potential - Coach and mentor operational managers enhancing their knowledge and awareness of the people agenda - Ensure full compliance under employment law regulations - To ensure management development is ongoing and consistent - Oversee the company payroll function to establish a reward strategy that attracts and retains the best talent - Undertake project work as required - Plan effectively for new openings, ensuring it is optimally resourced within time and budget - Build effective relationships with all key stake holders - To be front facing and get out in the business to experience how the HR strategy is working at the front line Regional HR Manager (12 Month Contract) - Blue Chip Retailer - The Ideal Candidate - Full UK Driving Licence is essential Regional / Area HR experience gained within the retail or hospitality sectors - HR Project Management skills CIPD is preferred but not essential - A passion for delivering results through people - Effective resourcing, succession and talent management skills - Highly numerate and literate with an ability to communicate verbally and in presentations to senior level managers - Experience change management Detail2Retail is acting as an employment agency.
