Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will apply and maintain specific system access controls and access profiles as required by policy to help maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of business information systems and to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. The successful candidate will be able to confirm when access is being requested via the Access Request system that it is appropriately authorized, and that access requested is consistent with existing access in the requesting team/area, any exceptions are queried with the requester/approver and reported to the Support team leader. The successful candidate will perform regular tasks such as the following: Check privileged system access Access to systems when staff are recorded as away from the office, redundant access, and verify periodically system access profiles recorded in the Access Request system against the system level access granted records to identify any discrepancies. Required Skills: - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to work well within a team - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability - A flexible, adaptable and professional approach to your work - Passion, drive and commitment to complete an Apprenticeship in Financial Services or Technology. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at A-C grade Training: As a part of the programme, you will participate in structured training and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry.
