We're growing rapidly both in the UK and internationally; increasing sales year on year and setting and achieving ambitious targets. To sustain this growth and ever improve our outstanding service, we are looking for a creative and ambitious Campaign Manager to focus on our UK delivery. Main Function of the Role You will live and breathe marketing, and thrive on delivering integrated campaigns throughout the UK. Exceptional project management skills are required for this role and the ability to work in partnership with peers from the marketing team and other areas of the organisation. You will need to be a flexible and versatile marketeer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. - Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company/ multiple brands and drive qualified traffic to our front door - Manage the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, and work with the CRM team to deliver email campaigns - Work with the sales team for lead generation campaigns for B2B and SME campaigns over and above CRM - Create and manage a rolling 3 month campaigns plan for all brands as well as B2B and B2C markets - Working with the sales teams to successfully on-board large accounts, planning the events, providing promotional materials and items as well as work with the Salesforce team to ensure all elements of the on-boarding are joined up for launch - Be responsible for the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns (following heads of or exec approval of large campaigns), liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines by working with the Global Brand Manager - The job can involve working with in-house marketing and communications people, as well as legal and compliance staff and numerous creative agencies What Do You Need? - Extensive experience in campaign management in both a B2B and B2C environment - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time - Strong commercial and operational experience - Drive for results and leaderships skills - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Highly creative with ability to think out of box - Proven ability to deliver campaign strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices - Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets - Educated to degree level (preferable not essential)
