Group Brand Manager - 12 months FTC, Sandoz, Surrey, UK. The Group Brand Manager will lead the UK primary care marketing team. Develop, and implement plans for launches of all primary care products. Drive marketing initiatives in line with country and brand strategies. Meet agreed annual and long term sales, market share and profit objectives through effective marketing, operational planning and allocation of resources. Job purpose -Develop and execute marketing plans for primary care brands -Management of primary care marketing team -Translate business intelligence into insightful market/product drivers and use to define market leading strategies, tactics, and translate these into forecasts -Ensure development of brand messages / themes in line with global strategy -Create ownership of plans with key personnel, ensuring a full understanding of the product(s) strategy and marketing programmes key to brand success -Develop marketing and promotional mix of activities to meet channel objectives and customer needs -Design and implement creative and differentiated communication platforms/launch programs for new products (in collaboration with external agencies) o Approve all materials using Zinc system -Develop sales aid and tools for sales and payor teams -Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives -Develop and establish strong relationships with KOL's across the sector and ensure networks of credible and respected "Ad Boards" are in place -Drive and deliver company events at international symposia and conferences -Develop strong partnerships across the Sandoz and Novartis organisation through close contact with R&D, Marketing & Sales and other functional teams/departments -Contribute to the implementation of the primary care strategy through identifying new growth opportunities and life cycle management initiatives -Responsible of any POP related activity to ensure full compliance with PV requirements -Set up POPs ensuring adequate resources for support of POP activities; -Maintain POPsys data, e.g. enter data required information or upload evidences to POP Sharepoint and inform the POPC and LPPV/GPPV-POPs about any non-compliance. -Deal with ESP related activities About Sandoz: Sandoz, a global leader in the rapidly growing generics industry, is a company in which doctors, pharmacists and patients worldwide have placed their trust for 130 years.
