Employer Description My client a leading international total facilities management provider have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator Apprentice to join there Orpington site. Main Duties - Add and maintain accurate stocktake data via internal systems E.g Pre-visits, Site, Stock Holdings and Timings - Coordinate and complete calls to clients to clearly communicate their upcoming stocktake information E.g Date, resourcing levels and timings - Conduct data checking activities within the planning department to verify quality. - Work with the planners to coordinate and support any activities and/or admin tasks - Support with all reporting tools; updating, creating and communicating - Assist during holiday periods to help cover the other member of the planning team - Carry out any reasonable requirements of the Planning Manager - Gain a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration Qualities/ requirements - Able to work in a highly challenging, fast moving, reactive and innovative environment - Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills - Be IT literate and have a good understanding of different client specific needs - Knowledge of Microsoft products Qualifications Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
