Your new company
A really exciting, challenging and interesting job opportunity for an experienced and passionate UX Designer to join an established international business in its new UK office on a permanent basis. The organisation is setting up its new base here in central Bristol, to launch in the UK market, having already been successful in multiple overseas locations. The position offers excellent scope for being a key part of the company's future expansion and success in their market, as well as taking real ownership of the design of core and new digital applications.

Your new role
As UX Designer you will work with the Product Manager and Tech Lead alongside a small, but growing, team of mobile engineers and software developers focusing on the design, performance and experience of the core digital, mobile and social applications for the business. The teams work in the full lifecycle from design and development through to implementation and delivery, collaborating and working as part of a wider talented, dedicated digital team across the global business. You'll research and gather requirements, design interfaces, test features and ultimately take on responsibility help to deliver a user experience of the highest quality, as this is at the heart of the company's focus.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid commercial experience as UX Designer and have excellent understanding and practical knowledge of user research, gathering requirements, translating business and user needs, UI and UX design, including wireframes, sketches and prototypes, workshopping and providing information for product roadmaps. You will have worked on mobile applications and if you have prior recent exposure to an international multimedia digital product, AI chat, online social or messaging applications, then this would be an advantage. As an individual you are technically very capable, really passionate and driven, always striving to work to your best ability and taking great pride in your work and the end product. You must enjoy being very hands on, be naturally curious, thinking about new approaches and comfortable in suggesting ideas and providing solutions. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships and effectively communicate user insights, research and designs. You'll be happy to take on ownership for your work, proactive and capable of working on your own initiative, as well as working collaboratively with the wider global team.
