Salary: £22,000 - £28,000
Hours: 24x7 Shift Pattern (4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off)

Your new role
As a 1st Line Technician you will be part of an extremely fast paced managed services team in a highly technical, ITIL environment. We are looking for highly motivated team players who will be managing and owning support tickets whilst driving customer issues through to resolution.
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:
- Respond to and troubleshoot infrastructure support calls as assigned within SLAs
- Escalate calls to 2nd and 3rd Line to meet SLAs and ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure calls are quickly and accurately logged, closed and analysed to prevent future occurrences
