Here at Premier EPOS, we are a rapidly growing software and EPOS provider, with in house graphic designers, web developers, marketers, software developers, technical engineers and other creative artists. Responsibilities - You will gain an understanding of the bigger picture of creating websites for clients, and understand the need for websites to function correctly and give a good user experience, and bring business and sales to our clients through sleek, beautiful, effective websites - Deliver fantastic customer service - Promote our image as a caring, friendly and approachable business to work with - Although primarily a Web development role, you will gain the experience to manage and create a full marketing process, including websites, adverts, films, graphics, plans and sales funnels Qualities/ essential requirements Skills Required - Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop) - Able to work on your own initiative - Problem solving skills - An eye for good design and what makes a great user experience - Good knowledge of IT - Microsoft Office Package - The Ability to prioritise and juggle work - A basic understanding of marketing, and what it entails - Good writing and copywriting skills - Ideally you will have a keen eye for good design, and be very creative when it comes to understanding and manipulating sales and marketing processes to optimise business performance - Keen to learn to write beautiful code which is carefully designed and easy to maintain - Committed to seeking out new technologies and trends to implement in your work - Ideally, you will have an eye for good design and for some of the things that make a great user experience Desirable Skills (but not necessary) - Basic HTML & CSS - SQL/MySQL or other database experience - Use of other Adobe Creative Suite Products (Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) - Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook PPC - A detailed knowledge of basic marketing techniques and principles - Experience working on marketing campaigns - Have an understanding of Google's display network and Google's Remarketing techniques Personal Requirements - Hardworking - Punctual - Reliable - Motivated to continually improve self - Fun and outgoing - Keen to learn, progress and work hard - Ability to meet deadlines - Dedicated and willing to putting in extra hours to guarantee deadlines are hit and work is to a high, professional standard - Respectful - Ability to work in a team - Great telephone manner Desired Qualification: 6 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C including Maths plus GCSE English (or equivalent) at grade D or above Other Important Information Daily working days/ hours - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Salary - £136 per week.
