About The Role Working alongside the Ticket Sales and IT departments you will maintain and develop our ticket sales system Tessitura and its affiliated programmes. This will involve being the first point of call for the Ticket Sales helpdesk and lead on general trouble shooting. You will ensure that data within the CRM database is accurate and assist with the processes, policies and standards relating to data entry and use. In addition to executing installations and upgrades you will test and progress new payment methods, discount rates and promotional opportunities. You will also monitor and oversee compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws as well as collate and produce monthly reporting. With A Levels you will possess good computer literacy and be expert in word processing and using spreadsheet (MS Office 2013, 2016 & 365 applications) as well as in internet and web packages. Experienced in providing customer facing technical support, you will have an understanding of data protection and PCI regulations. You will be used to handling large amounts of data and extracting it for analysis and reporting purposes too. Knowledge of CRM, call centre or resource management systems would be a real advantage.
