We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with vision. Someone who knows how to get others excited about our brand and the incredible impact our network of Youth Zones have on the lives of young people.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to showcase your digital marketing expertise and accelerate OnSide’s brand awareness, using your experience and creativity to make a real difference. As a core team member, you will be managing the charity’s digital content and its overall digital reputation. OnSide is creating a national network of world class youth facilities, Youth Zones, which give young people somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to. Each Youth Zone is a £6 million project, open seven days a week, with state-of-the-art facilities for a wide range of sporting, artistic and recreational activities.

The Role

OnSide is seeking to make a step change in its online communications, to enable it to meet its rapid growth plans. This Digital Marketing Manager role is ideal for an individual with the ability to develop and implement creative and innovative ideas, which encourage engagement and improve the online user experience. This includes youth lead content, social networking, vodcasts, podcasts, communication programmes, online viral campaigns and digital content campaigns, working alongside third party agencies and colleagues. We are looking for an individual with several years’ digital marketing experience, together with extensive knowledge of social media and the digital landscape, and the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities.

£30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience); 12-month fixed term contract (with the potential to become permanent)
