Reporting to: Product & Marketing Manager Location: London, UK Main purpose of the Role: To ensure the delivery of highly compelling and effective marketing campaigns to drive the acquisition of new partners, conversion and upsell through: - Lead generation and brand/market awareness through delivery of marketing activities. - Delivering activity on time and in line with the agreed marketing campaign calendar and budget, and to communicate effectiveness to internal stakeholders. - Manage relationships between Sales, Product Managers and vendors. - Digital marketing experience, with working knowledge of marketing automation (Pardot ideally) - Content generation across a range of media Key Tasks and Accountabilities Marketing Operations - Liaise with Sales, Products and vendors to define joint marketing plans - Co-ordinate marketing activity with product & marketing team - Drive the creation of supporting marketing assets - Key liaison between the sales community and marketing team to drive effective delivery and follow up of activity - Record and provide evidential results of all activities to demonstrate effective ROI - Drive communication of marketing activity and results to stake holders - Metrics: ensuring accurate measurement of marketing activities with view to demonstrating ROMI - Secure agreement for use of vendor MDF and subsequent collections Events - Own all elements of event creation and coordination - Co-ordinate training, materials, resourcing & messaging - Book suitable venues including catering, accommodation & transportation. - Ensure that all follow up activity is planned and booked in prior to event using calling resource and automation - Ensure accurate and timely reporting on event participation, attendance & effectiveness. - Identify and evaluate additional events Digital - Manage marketing delivery through automation tools in collaboration with the marketing team - Manage the creation of Blogs and other content - Monitor and report on effectiveness of online activity - Manage and maintain campaign briefs KPIs - Lead generation vs target - Signed vs target (Efficacy) - Audience engagement metrics (open rate, click rate, registrations, attendees) - Campaign & Activity delivery Essential Criteria (This should detail the essential skills, experience, abilities and expertise that are required to do the job) - Highly successful record of B2B and/or Channel marketing in technology - Demonstrable Experience of Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools (Pardot preferably) - CIM or Degree level marketing qualifications - Excellent copywriting skills - History of delivering highly effective marketing activity - Data and Customer Orientated Desirable Criteria (This should detail the desirable skills, experience, abilities and expertise that are required to do the job) - Experience of telecoms/IT channel advantageous - An understanding of digital and social marketing Key Technologies - Salesforce & Pardot - LinkedIn & Twitter - MS office - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Travel Requirements - Travel within the UK may be required on occasion Staff Benefits - Competitive Salary - Pension - Healthcare - Death in Service - Childcare vouchers - 25 days holiday - Day off on your BIRTHDAY! - Cycle to work - 2 charity days
