Humanities teacher required for Merseyside area
Looking for a role this October?
Academics are currently looking for a Humanities teacher to assist with short and long term cover in the Merseyside area. Potential roles will include covering as a Humanities teacher in various schools in the Merseyside area, both part and full time. Applicants must have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students in GCSE Humanities; along with a relevant QTS (or equivalent with NARIC). A level experience would also be beneficial but not essential.
Academics have strong relationships with secondary schools across the Merseyside area; we have been informed of potential Humanities teacher positions from September onwards; these are both long and short term. Due to these strong relationships we're ready to talk to you about the type of school you'd like to work in. We like to get to know our candidates personally, as we think this can lead to discovering the best placement for you.
Whilst Humanities teaching experience is essential, if you are a newly qualified Humanities teacher, you are also welcome to apply. The roles that we offer can provide chances to complete induction and additionally open up doors to other potential long term or permanent positions. The placements themselves can also allow you to grow your confidence in your field, with our support. From us you can expect:
- Free child safeguarding refreshment course
- A local branch with a local feel
- Competitive pay rates with FQTs earning from £120 per day
- Opportunities for permanent employment
We always relish the chance to represent our growing family of teachers and talented educators in the Merseyside area; and help you to find your ideal placement! To register all you need to do is send us your CV, alternatively, get in contact with us on the details provided. We require an Enhanced disclosure via the DBS for all applicants; assistance with this is given if required.
We look forward to hearing from you!
