IT Service Desk Analyst - Brighto area - £23,000pa
1st line/Helpdesk A service desk job in the Brighton area paying 23k plus paid holiday. You will be the first line of response to all IT related issues via email and telephone while liaising with the engineers.
Within this busy service desk role you will be working to SLA's - so quick thinking and efficiency is key, along with a great phone manner. You'll be assisting members of staff with hardware/software incidents and problems via phone and email, identifying issues and escalating and logging tickets, which requires a high level of IT competency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will feel comfortable working within a Microsoft operating system environment, having working knowledge of Windows 7/Windows, Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Office Active directory etc.
